Immediately after I entered the workforce, the Lehman Shock and the earthquake happened one after another. Not knowing what would happen, when I thought about the future, I became concerned about whether I would be able to have the stable life I had idealized.

So I started investing in stocks. However, there were many fluctuations, and I made a huge mistake.

Then, when I looked around, I noticed that there were many people close to me who were living a comfortable life. That is when I came across the real estate investment option.

I wondered, “Why do people invest in real estate?”　With little personal funds, he purchased his first apartment building when he was a 28-year-old office worker, and since then he has owned several apartments. I further gained professional experience, knowledge, and insight by pursuing a career in the real estate industry.

What I have gained through investing is a stable life and an environment that allows me to challenge myself in whatever I want to do.
I want to share this with you. By doing so, I want to support you in realizing your dreams.

With this in mind, I launched Tokyo Happiness.

From our own experiences when we started investing in real estate and working in the real estate industry, we have often wondered, “Is it really for the best for our clients?” we often wondered.

I want to know more about real estate investment, but no one has been kind enough to tell me. I have been told that if I don’t sign a contract right away, the property will be gone. Although I was offered a higher sale price than anywhere else, the actual closing price was lower than expected. The sales representative who introduced us to the investment had no real estate investment experience of his own to begin with.

These questions led us to have the will to “change the real estate industry.

All of us at Tokyo Happiness are experienced investors and active landlords. We not only introduce properties, but also provide total advice on how to choose a property, know-how on how to fill a room, how to file tax returns, and investment plans for the future. We continue to follow up next to our clients long after the purchase.
